From August-October, CedarS offers numerous programs, ranging from small-scale rentals to full-facility conferences. Fall staff are needed to host guests, facilitate activities, manage program logistics, and support kitchen, maintenance, and housekeeping. Fall work opportunities provide a wide range of professional experiences and leadership opportunities.
Fall program staff are generally hand-picked from our summer counselors, with key certifications in areas such as Lifeguarding, Ropes Course, and Horseback Riding. Most of all, we look for staff who love Christian Science, work well as a team, are proactive problem-solvers, and have demonstrated professionalism and reliability during the summer. It's a great opportunity for recent college graduates or students who are taking a semester off from school.
We also hire several staff within driving distance to come serve at peak weekend events.
