Join us for the best summer yet!

Program Overview:

Enjoy an all-inclusive vacation in a Christian Science environment. Let us cook for you, babysit your children, and host you for a myriad of adventures including horseback riding, waterski trips, Bible workshops, and more. All activities, meals, and services are included in the program price.

Some well-kept secrets about Family Camp (that we want all to know!):
  • Eligibility: The program is open to all generations and includes families, couples, and individuals. We welcome family members and close friends of all backgrounds to experience an inspiring environment where Christian Science is lived and loved.
  • Accommodations: You can stay in a screened cabin, a climate-controlled cabin, a single room, or a double room. Many are surprised by how comfortable and gracious the housing is! All cabins have their own attached bathrooms and upgraded high-volume fans.
  • Abundant Activities: Each activity period includes a wide range of traditional camp activities and inspirational workshops. There's something for everyone: horseback riding, miniature horse cart driving, arts and crafts, archery, swimming at the Aquatic Center with the Junior Olympic lap pool and diving well, log rolling, sports, canoe trips, waterslide, cable ski, waterski trips, ziplines, ropes courses, nature walks, fishing, Bible workshops, Bible Lands Park tours, songwriting, activities for pre-schoolers, campfires with s'mores, and more!
  • Christian Science Growth: Enjoy a testimony meeting, hymn sing, inspirational sharing before each activity, inspirational study spaces, and breakfast message from the Christian Science practitioner. Our onsite Christian Science practitioner and Christian Science nurses stand ready to answer questions, engage in discussion, and support you.
  • Three Meals a Day & a Snack: Enjoy a week off from cooking and cleaning duties! Meals include vegetarian and vegan options, kid-friendly fare, and plentiful salad and fruit options. Each afternoon, offer complimentary snacks.
  • Babysitting and Sprouts Activities: Families with "CedarS Sprouts" (babies through 1st graders) can participate in activities geared toward young children or drop them off for supervised play while you go to a Bible workshop or enjoy the high ropes course. We offer evening babysitting at no extra cost. Each family or cohort will have an assigned staff host.
  • Shorter Stays Available: You may register for the four-night or six-night option. All must arrive August 6th.
  • Remote Work Options: We have good Internet and several new small offices with ethernet connections for guests, so you can work remotely as needed (hopefully not too much!).
  • Financial Aid is available for children and adults, up to 75% tuition as needed, through The Campership Fund. CedarS can also help close the gap.
  • Attentive, Loving Staff: Our staff are eager to help make this your most uplifting, joyful vacation yet!

What our campers say

“Thank you for the beautiful accommodations, the delicious food, the daily spiritual talks, and the fun schedule each day – but mostly we thank you for inspiring a daily practice of knowing and expressing God through Christian Science.”

- Family Camper

“Family Camp was such a special time that we could spend together as a family.  Our 2 and 3 year old immediately felt right at home and loved getting to meet the ponies.  We were challenged, inspired, and grew together.  It was such a perfect, uplifting and relaxing vacation.”

- Family Camper

"SOUL-inspiring trip! We ventured to a summer family camp jam packed with activities that promote courage, strength, growth, individuality and grace. It was fun, inspiring and transforming. And, of course, lots of music and songwriting!"
