Spring Break Camp

For High Schoolers (current 9th-12th graders)

Come to CedarS for your Spring Break for connection, inspiration, rejuvenation, and fun that will launch the rest of your semester!

Dates & Timing

Saturday, March 9th - Friday, March 15th. The first official meal served will be Saturday dinner and the final meal will be Friday breakfast (*updated).

$790/1-week (*updated)

Payment can be made by check mailed to the Camp Office or call the Camp Office to make a payment over the phone.

Transportation

We ask that families provide their own transporation. There will be a shuttle for students coming from Principia School both ways.

Christian Science Support

Angela Sage Larsen, CS will be serving as the Christian Science Practitioner for Spring Break! She'll give a daily "Prac Talk" and provide care and support throughout the program. We'll host Sunday School, a Hymn Sing, and Testimony Meeting. Each morning, we'll engage with "Morning Met(aphysical)" time to get inspired, reflect, dive into the Bible Lesson, and engage and explore spiritual topics of interest.

POSSIBLE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

Get Active!

Come take your game to the next level at the CedarS Sports Center and Soccer Field! Improve your fundamentals and play a scrimmage or two. Possible sport offerings include: Basketball, Foosball, Pickleball, Ping-Pong, Soccer, Volleyball

Meet the Herd!

Did you know CedarS has over 70 horses on property? After a long winter, they are ready to hit the trails and get lots of pets and scratches. Possible horse activities include: Arena Riding Lesson, Mini Cart Driving & Riding, Pasture Walks, Trail Ride

Outdoor Exploration!

Explore the rolling hills, miles of wooded trails, flowing creeks and lakes. Possible outdoor activities include: Firebuilding, Fishing, Hiking, Trail Building, Off-Camp Hiking Trip to HahaTonka State Park, Day Trip to Silver Dollar City

Cozy in Care House!

Relax and build friendships within the beautiful log cabin called Care House. Possible cozy indoor activities include: Baking, Board & Card Games, Hair Care, Homework, Karaoke, Movies, Painting, Puzzles, Reading

What Else to Know:

  • Housing: Cabin Camping!

    Students will be housed in climate controlled cabins for the week. It is recommended you bring a pillow, a sleeping bag or twin size bedding. (Rent a linen bin including linens, comforter, towels for $18). Each cabin will be supervised by 2 counselors.

  • Spring Weather Alert

    Spring weather at CedarS differs each year. We advise you check the weather 2-3 days before arriving and pack accordingly. We'll host activities that are appropriate for the weather and adjust our plans as needed.

  • Spring Break Team
