With Jesus’ parable of the Prodigal Son” as citation B14/Luke 15:11-20 in this week’s Bible Lesson, I wanted to share with readers a new to me insight on the”Prodigal’s God’s” steadfast, “unconditional love celebrating the one-of-a-kind expression that you are!”
8-12-21 “Prac Talk” by Barry Huff on Grace. In a little over 5 minutes, “Dr. Barry” radiates his joyous love and inspiration on CedarS summer theme of GRACE.
With the Bible lesson this week featuring the Deuteronomy 32 description of the eagle who stirs up her nest and teaches her nestlings to fly (Deut. 32:11, 12) this earlier CedarS nature met is especially instructive.
The smell of cedar wood is so powerful that it repels most insects. If the insects try to eat cedar needles, the sap will clog their throats. The sap also heals wounds on the tree by hardening, acting as a Band-Aid. The aroma of CedarS atmosphere of thought will also prevent you from being bugged or hurt!
A nature class met for studying some of the special features of the cedar trees that abound at Cedars and those that give us our name from the highlighted Bible verses.
