[PSST: Consider what the all-goodness of God’s creation means for your vision of yourself, and of others like friends and family, and even those you see as adversaries or very different.]

PSST Golden Text – Why do our eyes need to be opened?
What causes us to believe our eyes are closed?

What are the wondrous things of God? Any specific examples you or your students can testify to from recent weeks?

How does God’s law produce, result in, or make possible ‘wonderful things’?

PSST Responsive Reading (RR) –What does help from God look and feel like?
How do we access it? Why can we trust it?

How does reality relate to what we see?
This is a continuing theme throughout the entire lesson; pay attention to references to sight, seeing, vision in this lesson.
What do these references teach us about reality and what we see?

PSST Section 1 – Is there any space for anything less than good in God’s creation?
Consider what this means for your vision of yourself, also of others such as friends and family, and even others such as those who you see as your adversaries or those who are very different from you.

Compare Abraham and Lot. Why do we follow Abraham’s example and not Lot’s?
Look at what Mrs. Eddy has to say about Abraham to consider this question fully.

PSST Section 2 – What was the effect of Elisha’s prayer?
Did it change or alter reality in any significant way?

What does a prophet see? Why?

How do we use our spiritual senses? How can we develop them?

What are our life prospects when calculated from a spiritual basis?
Consider doing some calculations regarding aspects of life that are crucial to your students, such as relationships, academics, sports, employment, family…

PSST Section 3 – What is the foundation of reality?
What is the impact of seeing reality as a gift of God?

What are the works your students have accomplished in recent weeks?
How do you show your faith by works instead of words?

PSST Section 4 – Are we receptive to the Christ idea speaking to us daily, hourly, every moment?
Do we allow our hearts to burn?

Why and how are the scriptures important to our understanding of reality?

PSST Section 5 – How do we see the works of God? How often are we looking out for them?

How can we see the newness of everything around us, especially when we seem to be in the same place for a long time?
Or, on the other hand, how can we see the goodness in everything being new if we are constantly changing activities or locations?

How fully do we trust and rely on the goodness of God’s creation?
Do we see His goodness as powerful?
Do we see how immediate His care is?

When we finally understand what reality is, what will it feel like to reach divine glory?
