Thank you for your support to make 2023 the best summer yet!

“Share a summer of the spiritual showers and Son-shine of the Christ!”

This forecast guarantees CEDARS “best summer yet!” And we have a big role to play in determining both atmospheric conditions and our response to them. The spiritual showers predicted at CEDARS will be the baptismal showers of blessings that are sure to flow every hour from our unifying study and cleansing applications of the Beatitudes and Sermon on The Mount. Son-shine is assured, come rain or shine, because it comes from the inside out, from awareness of the presence of the kingdom of God and His Son shining within. To better celebrate the Son-shine of God as true Christians, our morning mets will spring from the Sermon on the Mount, the Beatitudes, the Golden Rule, Jesus’ parables and Mary Baker Eddy’s article in Miscellaneous Writings entitled “The Way” (pages 355-359).

You can also enrich your study and application of Christ’s living love by ordering CedarS special Beatitudes theme tape and/or coloring book. CEDARS “Song of the Lamb” tape contains and builds on the Beatitudes song that we commissioned Larry Groce to write and perform. The coloring book that we commissioned Jonathan Kidder to write and draw contains simple but profound ways to make the Beatitudes come to life “for kids from one to ninety two.” For ordering info just call us at 636-394-6162 or email us at office@cedarscamps.org.)

Capping off CedarS summer will be the Musical Theater production of “Godspell,” which is the Gospel of Matthew set to music. (All are welcome to attend on Friday night, August 16, 2002.) It includes the song, “Day by day,” which we will learn and practice all summer: “to see Thee more clearly, love Thee more dearly, follow Thee more nearly, day by day.”
